1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the CheckME EduSys portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the college immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
The portal may be used only for legitimate academic, administrative and financial purposes. Misuse, including attempting to access another person's data, submitting false information, or disrupting the service, is prohibited.
4. Admissions & records
All information provided during application must be accurate and truthful. The college reserves the right to verify any submitted details and to reject applications found to contain false information.
5. Fees & payments
Fee structures are published per programme and semester. Payments made through the portal are applied to your student account; outstanding balances may restrict access to academic services.
6. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the portal available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the service with reasonable notice where necessary.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
